If you are planning a trip out of state or country, please do not schedule an appointment immediately after. Due to covid and other related illnesses, allow least 2 weeks for returning to the spa. Train Stations, Buses, Airplanes and airports are hubs of possible transfer of illnesses that we may not know we have contracted. Please be courteous of staff and other patrons.
A deposit is required for most services and are non-refundable. If you book a service and would like to reschedule, the deposit can transfer to the rescheduled service and you would pay the remaining balance at the time of service. However, if you book a service and cancel, your deposit will not be returned. If you are a no call/no show or excessively late over 15 minutes to an appointment, you will get an invoice for the remaining balance for your service. If you do not pay the amount, you are subject to be removed from getting
Due to safety concerns and limited space, it is strongly encouraged that you not bring children to the studio. Please make other arrangements for your children on appointment days. Arts & Class LLC will not be held accountable for injury or accidents to or caused by unsupervised children.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Treatment times are approximate. Gratuities are not included in the service price and are not mandatory either, but kindly appreciated and encouraged
Please silence your cell phones during your time in the studio and enjoy your “me time”.
Following each service, the treatment room is cleaned and sanitized. This includes doorknobs, facial bed (also provided with new bedding material) and any other material occupied by the previous staff member and consumer. Equipment and implements are cleansed and sterilized with hospital grade disinfectants or are made to be disposable. Food or drink into the treatment room area is prohibited.
It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality skin care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them at your leisure! In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products.
Clients are required to cancel/reschedule any treatment should you feel ill, have a cold, the flu or an infection. For everyone’s health, please reschedule. Please note that you will not be seen if you arrive with sniffles, cough, sneezing or any of the below conditions.• Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fever, Chicken Pox, Shingles, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Cold Sores, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease, Scabies, Sore Throat, Thrush, Whooping Cough Ear Infection and the common cold.
***This policy is not and will not be used to get out of following our cancellation/rescheduling policy. You are still responsible for canceling and rescheduling your appointment and abuse of this policy may result in full payment of service.
All clients are required to disclose SKIN RELATED information, including any daily medications taken that may affect any skincare treatments.
If information is “forgotten” you risk a reaction occurring with the ingredients in the products and also with specific aesthetic machines used at ARTS & CLASS LLC.
Clients between 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult to sign and provide written permission for all waxing and skin care services. Clients under 15 must have a parent or guardian present at all times. Absolutely NO Brazilian waxing will be performed on minors under the age of 18.
No-Shows will be charged 100 percent of the reserved service value.
Failure to show up for your pre-paid treatment/consultation appointment results in the loss of the payment made. Lateness over 15 minutes will result in loss of deposit and full payment of service being required. An invoice will be sent.
There is zero tolerance for No-Show and excessively late. appointments. Any appointment that has been labeled a No-Show may be subject to a required security, booking fee deposit or full payment prior to future treatments being performed. If full payment was paid when booking and client is more that 15 minutes late or does not show, client will not be refunded any payment (which includes deposit and full payment). Medical emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Your appointment is considered confirmed at the time of booking. You must either cancel/reschedule via online booking, within the 48-hour requirements in order to avoid a missed appointment charge.
